What is Billaxy?

A smart business management platform, built to support different types of business: billing, inventory, customers, payments, expenses and business operations, connected in one system rather than kept apart. Hardware ERP is the first complete business solution within it.

Is Hardware ERP ready?

Yes. Hardware ERP - the complete hardware business management solution - is ready today: products, stock and movements, purchases, GST billing, quotations, customers and outstanding, payments, price history, reports, PDF invoices, WhatsApp and email sharing, Tally export, projects and site labour, branches and offline invoices.

Which businesses can use Billaxy?

Billaxy is for shops of every kind - search "Find your shop type" above for yours; 397 kinds are listed, each with its status. READY: hardware, plumbing, plywood, paint and sanitaryware shops (Hardware ERP). AVAILABLE NOW on the shared core (labelled In development): 122 kinds that sell goods from stock - kirana and grocery, supermarkets, electrical, cement and building materials, tiles, furniture, stationery, books, gifts, toys, opticals, pet supplies, wholesale and distributors, and more. They register today and core billing, stock, purchases, customers, payments and reports work; anything trade-specific that is not built yet (such as batch and expiry tracking for grocery) is named next to the kind. PLANNED: 275 kinds whose daily work needs something not built yet - pharmacies (batch and expiry), mobile and electronics shops (serial / IMEI), garments and footwear (size and colour), restaurants (menu and kitchen orders), salons and clinics (appointments), repair and service centres (job cards), hotels and halls (bookings), rentals and transport. They cannot register yet; contact us and we will tell you when they are ready. If your shop is not listed and sells goods from stock, choose "Other business" when you register.

Can I manage inventory?

Yes - current stock, every movement recorded, reorder levels and low-stock alerts, with typo-tolerant search.

Can I track customer outstanding?

Yes. A full customer ledger (invoices, payments, credit notes, cancellations) with receivables ageing.

Can I manage multiple branches?

Yes, on the Premium plan: branch-wise stock, stock transfers and branch-wise reports.

Can I use GST and non-GST billing?

Yes. GST is set per line and calculated on the final invoice rate, so taxed items and 0% (non-GST) items can sit on one invoice. Every invoice prints as a Tax Invoice; a separate Bill of Supply format is not built yet.

Can I share invoices on WhatsApp, and do I need the WhatsApp Business API?

You can. One tap opens the customer's own WhatsApp chat with the invoice already attached - no API, no credential, nothing sent by Billaxy itself.
